When that happened, several people told me DJI had fixed most of the problems I identified in my review. Ummmmm, no. DJI did address two major issues I identified, however, with varying degrees of success: the lack of settings for gimbal pitch and stick sensitivity, and the dropping gimbal problem (which turned out to be a poorly considered "feature" rather than a malfunction LOL). They also added some new features, including an improved battery usage display, a safety feature that shuts off your ability to fly sideways (seriously?) and a digital zoom feature. I'll show you each of these features, particularly the gimbal controls settings and the zoom feature. The zoom test will include samples of the Mavic Air 2's zoom footage so you can see how it works.
