Stovetop molasses apple raisin corn bread

If you don't like cornbread, try this recipe. This cornbread will change your mind about cornbread. You can make it on top of your stove and it comes together in a few minutes. Cornbread recipe 1 cup cornmeal mix 1 egg 3/4 cup milk raisins apple coconut peanuts optional oats optional 1 large dollop of molasses Cook in a non stick pan on low heat until the bread is firm and the bottom is browned.
