Giving everyone the tools to recognize if someone i id="hidden58"s crying out for help even when they are not saying it out of there mouth. I was diagnosed with bipolar 2 and i have been seeing a therapist and im on meds. I just recently lost my son to suicide 2/23/22 he was only 22 and he has 2 boys and one on the way. Im helping with the boys as much as i can. This is so hard for me because im always in pain and my mental has been off but learning how to recognize my triggers and realizing when i am in a bad mood and try to turn it around. ...Expand 3
