This time is going to be different! After bone breaks, surgery, CPRS, and another surgery, there's finally light at the end of the tunnel.     @peterbaskind98723 years ago Good for you, seth. Sometimes it takes a while, but its worth it. Im a roadie. But when i got my knee replaced, it took a while to get back up to spe id="hidden6"ed, but now i hardly notice the range of motion difference. 71 miles yesterday, 62 today. No pain.

I broke my foot and torn a lot ofrugby. 9 weeks in a cast, 4 weeks with a special brace like you Started building up, but i took almost a year to fully recover. Only thing now is that my foot cramps up easily. So keep progressing with small steps. And, i love this channel. Keep it up. ...Expand

    @Zachmx1063 years ago Coming from the motocross back ground id recommend a copper fit and then really any type of ankle brace the copper fit will help keep swelling down a id="hidden27"nd add some stability with the ankle brace.

    @treycox7063 years ago Had a pretty big back surgery (disc replacement at l4-5) in my lower back in august. Havent been on the bike since except easy rights on the sidewalk. S this made me so happy for you, that you could get back on the bike.
