1 bag frozen hash browns thawed
1 stick butter melted
1 pt sour cream (I substituted Greek Yogurt)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion (unless using potatoes with onions)
2 cups shredded cheese of your choice
Oven at 350
Mix all and place is sprayed casserole dish
Top with some shredded cheese and crushed cornflakes.
Dot with butter
Bake till brown and bubbly 50-60 minutes
