Ingredients:
Prawns - 300 gm (after cleaning)
Coconut milk- 1 cup or 250 gm
Onion paste - 1/2 cup (2 onions)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar- 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Green chilli -3
Bay leaves -2
Dry red chilli- 2
Cloves- 2
Cinnamon (dalchini)-2 inch
Cooking oil- 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
