Awake Implant Replacement | Saline Implants | Boob Job | Dr. Gartner | Gartner Plastic Surgery

This patient had a ruptured implant on her left breast. Dr. Gartner made an incision where the original scar was and removed the implant. He inserted a sizer and inflated it to the size of the new implant. After removing the sizer Dr. Gartner inserted the new implant and filled it with saline all under local anesthesia. She will have some swelling causing her to look a little uneven from her other breast, however this is normal and it will drop with time. Watch till end to hear what her experience was like!
