@la-fl6nt4 years agothis seriously works ;-; I had bow legs for a long time, I even didn’t wear knee length dresses/pants because of it. Now my legs are straight enough that my knees almost touch - barely 2 cm between them. I did one set/day for about a month, no other exercises (and pay attention to April’s tips about bad posture). I am past puberty so I though my legs could not be much straighter - now I can wear clothes more freely and avoid back pain later in life. Thank you April ;-; ...600
