Chilli powder 5. Salt 6. Ginger garlic paste 7. Turmeric powder 8. Oil 9. Curry leaves 10. Capsicum 11. Onion 12. Vinegar 13. Soy sauce 14. Chilli sauce 15. Tomato sauce INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a mixing bowl take Corn flour and maida, add chilli powder, salt and mix well. 2. Add water to make Batter and make a smooth flowing consistency batter. 3. Add cubed paneer and coat well with batter. 4. Deep fry in hot oil. Stir often and fry on a medium heat until golden and crisp. 5. Drain the fried paneer on a kitchen paper towel to remove excess oil. Keep aside. 6. In a large wide pan, add 4 tbsp of oil. 7. Add curry leaves, capsicum, chopped onion and saute well. 8. Add vinegar, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and saute until it turns slightly thick. 9. Now add the fried paneer and mix well. 10.
