Wadhvan is a city near Surendranagar in Saurashtra - Gujarat. These Green chilies is native from Wadhvan region and so popular for their unique characteristics. Wadhvani Marcha Mustard Pickle is traditional pickle from this region which is famous in India and abroad as well. Friends, in this video I have shown two methods of making Vadhvani Athela Marcha. First method is instant method, by which one can make Athela Marcha for instant use. While another method is a bit longer method. This longer method is used to make Athela Marcha which has more shelf life and can be stored for longer.
