If there is a difference for me, it is that stevie for example, the last song on in step, which was entitled " riveriastevie seemed to be developing into maybe more of a jazz-rock fusion type of player.
in the end, van halen, sadly was more about the drama rather than the music. Thething got really tiring after a while.
finally, it really is unfair to compare, because they were both unique and different. Lucky for us, both artists' music will live forever. ...Expand

srv is grit and sweat - eddie is simpler to learn. I started playing his style at 13. And to this day have a hard time not breaking fingers to srv.
but eddie is amazing. But this is how it plays out. Ask a guitarist and they will tell you. Srv is dad. Period. ...Expand 7
