The BEST Supercar Welcome to New Zealand | VLOG

I had a wonderful supercar welcome to New Zealand! My trip Down Under is now underway as I venture all the way from London to the other side of the world, to get started in Auckland. After a 36 hour journey, a Ferrari GTC4Lusso awaits for a lift to McLaren Auckland to collect a 570S Spider to drive in the coming days. What could be better for exploring Bruce McLaren's homeland and a car wearing his name?! With a flight starting from London, with stopovers in both Singapore and Sydney, it's certainly a long journey but Auckland is the first place on the tour Down Under. I last visited New Zealand long before my days in the car world for skiing trips in 2008 and 2009 so it has been nearly a decade. During this stop I'll be attending a track day at Hampton Downs, and continuing down to Christchurch and Queenstown. On arrival, I'm joined by John who very kindly picked me up in a V12 Ferrari GTC4Lusso, and with the luggage thrown in the back we start exploring. On arrival at the McLaren dealership in the city, the 570S Spider is awaiting driving, a car with under 100km on the clock as well! Having previously driven the 570S Spider on the press launch in Spain, this will be a great opportunity to get to know it, especially during a McLaren event to follow this one. I'm hugely excited to be back, and I can't wait for what the two weeks ahead have in store, bring it on!
