AM transmitter made from a homemade zinc oxide semiconductor

Take a piece of galvanized sheet. I took a metal piece from a galvanized sheet from a fence. Heat the metal until a white coating appears on the surface. This coating is zinc oxide. Assemble the circuit and use a needle to select a position on the piece of metal at which high-frequency vibrations will appear .They can be modulated with sound and it will be an AM transmitter
