Chicken Badami Korma
Ingredients
One kilogram of chicken meat
Salt to taste
Ginger paste One tablespoon
A tablespoon of garlic paste
A tablespoon of vinegar
Water as required
Two to three chopped onions
One cup of yogurt
A cup of roasted onions
100 grams of ground almonds
A cup of ghee
Ginger garlic paste a tablespoon
A teaspoon of spices
A teaspoon of coriander
A teaspoon of cumin
A tablespoon of ground red pepper
A tablespoon of crushed cumin
A teaspoon of ground turmeric
A tablespoon of ground red pepper
A teaspoon
A cup of fried onions
A cup of peeled almonds
Ginger flavors to taste
Synthesis
To marinate, put the chicken seasonings in a large pot, add salt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar and water and mix well and keep aside for half an hour so that all the mixture is well mixed in the chicken. Be absorbed
Now heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, fry it well and brown it.
Now put yogurt in a blender, add half of the fried onion along with it, add crushed almonds and blend well. Then put aside for later use.
Now heat the ghee well in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, fry it, add standing spices and fry well.
Now add coriander and cumin and fry more. Now add pre-made paste of onion and curd and cook well for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now add salt, red chilli, crushed cumin, turmeric, crushed red chillies and keora and cook well for another two minutes.
Now add the marinated chicken, fry well and cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
When the chicken is well melted, add roasted onion and peeled almonds and mix well.
When the curry is well cooked and starts to boil, sprinkle ginger air on it and reduce the heat and let it cook for another 5 to 7 minutes so that the curry leaves the ghee.
