CANDY MELTS OR CHOCOLATE MELT OF CHOICE
ZIP LOCK BAGS
SCISSORS
TIP.
TEMPERING THE CHOCOLATE:
MELT THE CHOCOLATE IN A BOWL SITTING IN HOT WATER ON LOW FLAME ON THE STOVE
KEEP STIRRING IT
AS SOON AS 3/4 MELTS REMOVE FROM THE WATER.
STIR MORE UNTIL THE REST MELTS.
REAPPLY TO THE STOVE LITTLE AT A TIME IF REMAINDER DID NOT MELT.
ADJUST AS NEEDED.
CHOCOLATE BURNS EASILY.
AND SHOULD BE VERY WARM, BUT NOT HOT!
