More than two decades ago, a group of artists in Kenya's capital established a self-funded center as a space where they could work together and share their creativity with other artists. The centre has since given many of them a chance to promote their work...but they still face one stumbling block. In Nairobi, Kenya a group of artists came together to establish Kuona artists collective center . The idea of the center is to support local artists and to provide them a working space where they can share their creativity with other professional artists.
