⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 豉油皇炒麪(2人份量) 材料: 全蛋麪6個 芽菜半斤 芫荽1棵 調味料: 生抽 甜豉油 處理: 1. 芽菜,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。 2. 芫荽,切去根部,清水洗乾淨,切段,放碗中。 3. 大火煲滾1鑊水,放蛋麪煮至軟身及散開,擎乾水,清水洗乾淨,擎乾水。 烹調: 1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油1湯匙。 2. 放芽菜炒香1分鐘,放上碟。 3. 加入油2湯匙燒熱。 4. 放麪炒勻。 5. 加入甜豉油2湯匙。 6. 加入生抽2湯匙,炒勻。 7. 加入芽菜,炒勻。 8. 加入芫荽,炒勻。 9. 完成,上碟,可享用。 Stir fried noodles with light soya sauce (for 2 persons): Ingredients: Eggs noodles 6 Nos. Bean sprouts half catty Coriander 1 No. Seasoning: Light soya sauce Sweet soya sauce Preparation: 1. Bean sprouts, rinse with tap water. Hang dry. 2. Coriander, cut the roots. Rinse with tap water. Cut in lengths. Put in a bowl. 3. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Put the noodles and soak until it turns soft. Hang dry. Rinse with tap water. Hang dry. Steps: 1. Heat up oil 1 tbsp at high flame in wok. 2. Fry the bean sprouts for a minute. Put on plate. 3. Heat up oil 2 tbsp. 4. Put noodles, fry well. 5. Add sweet soya sauce 2 tbsp. 6. Add light soya sauce 2 tbsp. Fry well. 7. Put bean sprouts, fry well. 8. Put coriander, fry well. 9. Complete. Put on plate.
