Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/maayehkaisekarun Masala Kitchen Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/masalakitchen_recipe/ Recent Upload:- /watch/AI70tmrHa8NH0 #PaniPuriKaPani #PuchkaPaniBatashe #GolGappeRecipeByMasalaKitchen आज मसाला किचन मे हम लाये है सबकी पहली पसंद पानी पूरी रेसिपी |घर मे गोलगप्पे बनाने का आसान तरीका | पानी बताशे/पुचका रेसिपी/पानी पूरी का पानी कैसे बनाये | मसाला किचन की क्रिस्पी पानी पूरी/गोलगप्पा/सूजी के गोलगप्पे रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | घर पर बाजार जैसा टेस्टी पानी पूरी का पानी बनाने की विधि | ठेले वाली पानी पूरी चाट का मज़ा लीजिये घर मे | पानी बताशे का पानी/टिक्की का पानी/कैरी का पानी/खट्टा मीठा पानी/पानी की टिक्की/आलू पानी पूरी/पानी पूरी चाट बनाने का आसान तरीका | स्ट्रीट फ़ूड रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले| मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: For Golgappe: * Semolina (सूजी/रवा) - 250 Grams * Lukewarm Oil (गुनगुना तेल) - 50 Grams * Lukewarm water (गुनगुना पानी) - more than 1/2 Cup * Oil (तेल) - For frying For Mango, Ginger Pulp: * Raw Mango (कच्चा आम) - 2 Piece * Ginger (अदरक) - 1 Piece * Water (पानी) - 1 Glass For Jaggery Water: * Jaggery (गुड़) - 200 Grams * Water (पानी) - Some For Filling: * Boiled Potato (उबले आलू) * Boiled White Pea (उबले सफेद मटर) * Raita Boondi (रायता बूंदी) For Green Chutney Paste : * Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) * Mint leaves (पुदीना पत्ती) * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 2-3 * Ice Cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) - 2-3 * Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 Tsp * Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp * Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 Tsp * Cloves (लौंग) - 4-5 * Salt (नमक) - 1 Tsp * Water (पानी) - As required For Red Meetha Pani: * Jaggery Water (गुड़ का पानी) * Raw Mango Paste (कच्चे आम का पेस्ट) * Green Chutney Paste (हरी चटनी) * Water (पानी) * Black Salt (काला नमक) * Kashmiri Red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) * Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) * Ice Cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) * Raita bundi (रायता बूंदी) For Green Khatta Pani: * Raw Mango Paste (कच्चे आम का पेस्ट) * Green Chutney/Paste (हरी चटनी) * Ice Cubes (बर्फ के टुकड़े) * Water (पानी) * Black Salt (काला नमक) * Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) * Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) * Raita bundi (रायता बूंदी) RECIPE: For Golgappe, take a thali, put some Semolina, Hot Oil mix it well, and bind the dough with Lukewarm Water. Knead and mash the Semolina Dough until smooth and soft. Then divide it into equal portions and roll it in an long shape and Round shape one by one. Fry them on high flame and after some time turn the flame medium to make them crispy. For Mango Ginger Pulp, in a cooker, put peeled and chopped Raw Mango, Ginger, and some water in it. Give it 2 whistles, grind it and take out in a bowl. For Jaggery Water, in a bowl, put Jaggery, some water, mix it, and keep it to dissolve. For Green Chutney Paste, take some Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chilies, Ice Cubes, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, Chat Masala, Cloves, Salt, Ginger, Water and grind them all and make a paste. Then add some Lime Juice and Water to it. Green Chutney Paste will get ready. For Meetha Pani, in a jar, put Jaggery Water, Raw Mango Ginger pulp, some Green Chutney Paste, and mix them all well. Then put some Water, Black Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Ice Cubes, and Raita Boondi, then add some more Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder in it. Khatta-Meetha Pani will get ready in this way. For Khatta Pani, in a jar, put Raw Mango Ginger pulp, some Green Chutney Paste, and mix it well. Put some water, Black Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and some Boondi in it. Khatta Pani will get ready.
