Biscoff Blondies
Goey Biscoff Blondies! Im in love with these right now. They taste amazing but they are also super quick and easy to make
Ingredients:
* 250 g Unsalted Butter (melted)
* 125 g White Granulated Sugar
* 125 g Light Brown Sugar
* 3 medium Eggs
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 275 g Plain Flour
* 1 tbsp Cornflour
* 200 g White Chocolate Chips
* 250 g Biscoff Spread
* 5 Biscoff Biscuits (chopped)
Instructions
* Preheat your oven to 160C Fan and line a 9x9 inch square tin with parchment paper.
* In a medium bowl add your melted butter and both your brown and white sugars and mix until smooth.
* Add in the 3 eggs and vanilla and beat again till smooth.
* Add in the cornflour and plain flour and mix until a thick blondie mixture is made (This does not take long to create)
* Add in your white chocolate chips and fold through
* Pour the mixture into the tin and spread. Place the Biscoff spread on top of the mixture and lightly swirl through the top
* Break up a few Biscoff buiscuits and put slightly into the top
* Bake the Blondies in the oven for 22-30 minutes, or until there is a slight wobble in the middle. (Check after 22 minutes)
* Leave to cool in the tin, or on a wire rack.
* Once cooled down place in the fridge for 1 hour to help with the texture
* Before slicing and serving, let it cool to room temp
