Hey Workout Warriors! Get ready for an awesome, blood-pumping, sweat-dripping workout. This progressive interval workout will challenge your strength and endurance.
Each progression is made of 3 moves and totals 2:00 long, with no breaks. The exercises start easy for the 0:60 round, and get progressively harder as you work toward the 0:20 cardio round. We repeat the progression 3x before taking a break and moving on to the next one.
This awesome cardio routine is followed by a killer 6:00 CORE BURNOUT and stretching.
