One of the best things about egg kabab is that you don't need many ingredients for it.
Ingredients for batter :
2 eggs
breadcrumbs as required
Ingredients for egg kebab :
4 boiled potatoes
3 chopped onions
4 boiled eggs
4 green chillies
a piece on ginger
3 or 4 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp pepper powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt and oil as required
