@loc68802 years ago Thanks for the remote programming tip....Had this unit for 2 years now, and the remote never "talked" to the receiver very well at all.
And the programming was never in the manual.

@drumstori13 years ago i just ran it for hour and the bucket is maybe 2 cups... i have pipe in middle hole.. so what do i do with the bottom hole ??? and if i want to get longer water drain hose.. how do i put it out the window ?? do i drill hole in the plastic insert or what?? ... 6

@alyssaaguire97752 years ago I’ve had mine for over a year now and it recently started spitting water out of the top vent I have never had the hose set up and have never had to drain it before but I did drain it completely then turned it back on within 30 min it’s spitting water again so I completely removed the entire back panel and cleaned all filters and coils thinking that would help and it still filled up within 30 minutes and started spitting water it’s not humid where I live why is this happening all the sudden? ...

@david0290143 years ago From what I understood the toshiba ac are really rebranded media air conditioners. I just purchased the big one 14000 btu, with dual vent hoses and wifi. I went with media version because it comes in black. 1

Owners manual shows there should be a removable upper filter behind the large grill just like the smaller lower filter. Is there one I can buy compatible with this Toshiba? Thanks! ... 2

Now it is getting hot enough to run it again but it only runs for a half hour before I have to drain it. I pull the bottom plug and it drains about 12 oz. of water and runs for another half hour. ...

@8thomas83382 years ago so i have one right now there are good but the big thing is on the front side there is a open area and no filter or anything so it just sucks up dirt and hair i got long air it took a year almost 2 for it to start having issues but that is because my long hear and my long hair dong so ya but in that i now have the iss of the coil being dirty and that is hell its front is clean but there is little spots on the side and a spot were it is close for no air to pass though but there is a tiny gap so dudst build up so my compresser is overheating do to the dirt in my coil ...

So my husband has duct taped that intake hose to the back and it releases a ton of heat from the back of the unit . It works great but also behind the unit it is warm. @Denvercoder11 months ago It's not "high voltage". It's 115 volts just like every other appliance in your house. "High Voltage" is 220-240 like your dryer or stove.
