其实榴莲花的季节已过(大概在每年的3月份),现在已是吃榴莲的季节了。小时候只要有榴莲花可吃,证明吃榴莲的日子也不远了,所以都会异常兴奋的好好享受榴莲花的好滋味。 凉拌榴莲花材料: 榴莲花 400克 (汆烫后) 虾米碎 40克 (爆香) 红葱与蒜头 各2颗 (爆香) 生抽 3汤匙 盐 1茶匙 It's durian eating season now~ Before this, we always looking forward to enjoy durian flower first before we can eat durian. It need some time to prepare for cooking, from picking up beneath the tree, to selection of only the petals and stamen, and lastly removal of the anther on top of stamen, before you can blanch it for storage up to half year.
