Lemon juice, citric acid, or other acidifiers may be used to preserve the color and ensure a enough acidity for safe storage #ClaudettesKitchen Ingredients: - 2 Kg of peeled Apples (cut each apple to 4 pieces) - 1.5 cups of Granulated Sugar - 1 Liter of water - Cook on Medium heat until boil - When boil turn to low heat and cook for 5 minutes - After 5 minutes, bring a fork to know if the Applesauce (Compote) is ready or not, if it is ready you notice that the Apples are well cooked. - When the Apples are well cooked, turn off the heat. - Immediately remove it from the pan and put it into a glass bowl.
